Terms of Use

By using Frank, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service. Frank is operated by Ali Asadullayev, based in Azerbaijan ("Frank", "we", "us").

Frank is a set of AI-powered job-search tools. It reviews job applications (the Checker), runs mock interviews (the Hot Seat and the Tank), and reads job postings to estimate whether they're worth your effort (the Job Checker). In each case it gives you AI-generated feedback — a score, flags, signals, and suggested fixes. It's a tool to help you prepare and decide.

Frank is not a recruiter, an employer, a career counsellor, a background-check service, or a guarantee of anything. It doesn't build resumes for you and it doesn't place you in jobs.

Frank also has a community area (Challenges) where users can submit practice scenarios and browse ones other people have made.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Frank. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement.

— Give accurate information when you create an account or contact us.

— Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.

— Only upload content you have the right to share. Don't upload someone else's resume or personal information without their permission.

Don't use Frank to:

— Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

— Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.

— Overload, attack, or interfere with how Frank works.

— Submit malicious, harmful, or deliberately misleading content.

— In community submissions, post sexual, hateful, harassing, or illegal content; impersonate anyone; or include a real, identifiable person's private information.

Frank's feedback is informational and AI-generated. "Recruiter-grade" describes the style and rigor we aim for — it is not an actual recruiter's or employer's decision.

We don't guarantee that following Frank's advice will get you interviews, offers, or any particular result. Hiring decisions are made by other people and systems entirely outside our control. Frank is not legal, financial, or professional career advice. Use your own judgment.

About the Job Checker specifically. When Frank assesses whether a job posting looks like a "ghost job," that verdict is a signal, not a verified fact or a guarantee. Frank shows you a confidence level on purpose: a posting Frank flags may still be real, and one it clears may still be a dead end. To research real postings, Frank may also pull publicly available information — such as salary ranges and company reviews — from third-party sources on the web. That third-party information can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and it is not an accusation about, or an endorsement of, any employer. Treat the Job Checker as a filter for your effort, not the final word — and make your own decisions.

Your content stays yours. You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process that content and give you feedback — nothing more.

Our content stays ours. Frank's software, design, brand, and the system that powers its reviews belong to us. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Community submissions. If you submit a challenge to the community area, you keep ownership of it, but you grant us permission to review, publish, display, and remove it. Nothing goes live automatically — we review every submission by hand and may reject or remove anything, for any reason, at any time. If we approve it, it becomes publicly visible to other users, shown with the handle you chose ("Made by @…"). Only submit content you have the right to share, and don't include private personal information — yours or anyone else's — because approved submissions are public.

Frank runs on credits. You buy credits in bundles and spend them as you use the tools — a check or a job check costs 1 credit, a Hot Seat mock interview costs 3, and a round in the Tank costs 5. There's no subscription and no auto-renewal: you only pay for what you use, and credits don't expire. If an AI request fails, that attempt isn't charged.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. This means Dodo handles the transaction, billing, and any applicable sales tax or VAT as the seller of record, and your purchase is also subject to Dodo's buyer terms. Frank never sees or stores your full card details.

Refunds. Because credits are a digital product, credits you've already spent aren't refundable. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll help put it right. We may change prices over time, but a change never affects credits you've already bought.

We may update, pause, or change features of Frank as the product evolves. We'll try not to break things you rely on, but we can't promise the service will always be available or unchanged.

Frank is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the feedback is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Frank and Ali Asadullayev are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service — including missed opportunities or hiring outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using Frank at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and any disputes will be handled by the courts located there.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, announce them clearly. Continuing to use Frank means you accept the updated terms.
